Having personally owned a construction and trucking business with a specialization in accounting, payroll, and taxation, she possesses valuable assets for negotiating contracts and managing project budgets. She has actively participated in the construction and sale of five new townhomes and single-family home developments, in addition to personally overseeing the construction of a custom home.

Her expertise extends to catering to investors, leveraging her knowledge in cost analysis, rehabilitation expenses, and tax programs. Jessica also demonstrates a keen understanding of market values in and around the area. Hailing from Forest, VA, she has three children actively engaged in school and sports. Alongside her professional pursuits, she finds joy in staging, interior design, and furnishing properties.
