Why do you need a real estate agent? That is a question I asked many times, as a business owner specializing in residential investment properties. The truth is the more I tried to convince others that they were not necessary, the more I later found myself bringing them into transactions. This was for three reasons; they provide and take care of the large amount of paperwork and contract prep that is involved to make sure you do not miss anything, spend time actively marketing a property for you or seeking one out that may fit your needs, and can be a reassuring guide when you have doubts which start to warrant inaction. Why I have decided to be a real estate professional is the ability to serve others as I would myself. Providing value with the skills I have acquired is the greater mission that has called me on this path. My goal is to use my education and experience to create a process that gives you the highest level of service possible while spending my time to meet your needs so you do not have to give yours.
