About Jill
As a lifetime local resident of the area, my connections throughout Central Virgina provide me with alot of great contacts. My husband and I make up The Rufus Group, and have an agent/owner collaboration of 25 other team members between Lynchburg, Danville and Roanoke.
As real estate investors ourselves, we started buying rental properties right out of college and have amassed a portfolio of over 80 units at one time including, long term, short term, and resort rentals. We love working with investors. We also rehab and renovate about 10-12 homes a year.
As a former adoption agency director, I know how to listen, stay organized and make sure I am meeting the needs of my clients. I also own a large online retail business that has helped me navigate sales and negotiations. I am the mom of four college students, all boys, who plan to get into the real estate business with us. Together we are very accessible to our clients and love to maintain excellent communication throughout the process.
