Courtney Mills Greco has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005, helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals with dedication and integrity. In 2014, she founded The Mills Group, a Raleigh-based investment company focused on income-producing properties. She’s also worked closely with national builders and developers to bring large land deals to market.
After discovering Smith Mountain Lake in 2018, Courtney and her husband, Joe, fell in love with the area’s natural beauty and slower pace of life. In 2022, they began building custom luxury homes in the community, including their own modern lakefront residence featured on the Smith Mountain Lake Charity Home Tour.
Now full-time residents, the Grecos have committed to building at the lake for years to come. Courtney specializes in luxury new construction, investment purchases, and 1031 Exchanges, and is known for going above and beyond for her clients—especially those relocating from urban markets.
Originally from Cary, NC, Courtney holds a degree from UNC Wilmington and completed Duke University’s Paralegal Certification Program. Her business is built entirely on referrals, a testament to her work ethic, expertise, and care.
